Representing two beneficiaries of their father's trust, Mark Bishop succesfully sued successor trustee for brecach of fiduciary duty, forcing trustee to properly account to the beneficiaries for all trust transactions and, in settlement, requiring trustee to make immediate distributions of trust assets to his clients in accordance with the trust.

Representing national capital asset management company, Mark Bishop files commercial eviction against national restaurant chain to reocver possession of regional office space on Ohio Street in Chicago.  Mr. Bishop recovered possession and secured a judgment for over $180,000 in past due rent as well as the client's attorney's fees.

In a contested estate lawsuit, Mark Bishop successfully defends client accused of conspiring with his brother to unduly influence their mother in connection with the execution of her will.  The parties settled the case with no finding of liability or damages against our client and the Court upheld the validity of the challenged will.
